LookFantastic has dropped a new designer scent that's been described as 'rich' and 'successful'. Miu Miu have launched a fruity new perfume with Miutine which starts at 0572 a bottle.
Miutine opens up with vibrant wild strawberry before settling into a floral heart of gardenia. It then dries down to a base of vanilla, brown sugar and patchouli.
It's drawn in a number of comparisons to Burberry Her (0570 for 30ml) which similarly has floral and berry notes, although there aren't any actually matching notes in the two perfumes.

Miutine has not pulled in any reviews on LookFantastic yet as it only hit the site yesterday, but over on the American Sephora website it's got an impressive average of 4.7 out of 5 from across over 1,500 reviews. One shopper said: "Strawberry shortcake with brown sugar. If you love sweet slightly floral fragrances this is amazing. It makes me feel very feminine, similar to Burberry Her."
Another raved: "I have to say Im in love. From the very first spray, it feels like a perfect balance between sophistication and playfulness. The opening is fresh and radiant, almost like a sparkling aura that instantly lifts your mood, while the dry down wraps you in a warm, soft, and addictive embrace."
Some reviewers found the scent too 'earthy' and not as gourmand as they'd hope. One wrote: "Beautiful bottle and it has incredible staying power but its just not for me. Too earthy? It is hard to describe. I dont get strawberry or vanilla notes at all."
For those hoping for a stronger strawberry and vanilla scent then perhaps Juliette Has a Gun's Miami Shake would be a better fit. Miami Shake (05100 for 50ml) draws inspiration from a strawberry ice cream.
Miutine is proving more popular than not, another shopper insisted that it smells 'rich' and 'successful' . They wrote: "This absolutely surprised me. I thought I was going to get a completely different smell. But this is smells phenomenal; it smells rich, successful and clean. Definitely a scent to a wedding or on a date. I love the packaging the colours are so cute."
